We would like to invite you to join us for the Rocky Mountain Winter Conference on Emergency Medicine, held at the beautiful Keystone Ski Resort in Keystone,CO. The conference has an exciting fresh curriculum, which opens with a panel debate on Health Care Reform and includes a broad spectrum of Emergency Medicine topics, ultrasound workshops and LLSA review. We have gathered together expert faculty from seven of the top emergency medicine training programs bringing you evidence-based, cutting-edge information. The program is designed to make the most of your time in Copper Mountain. Lectures wrap up late morning so that you may have the day to enjoy all of the exciting activities on the mountain. We gather again for the late afternoon session accompanied by après-ski refreshments.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to experience the Keystone Resort, you are in for a treat. This winter wonderland is located in Colorado's Rocky Mountains, is over 3000 acres and spreads across 3 mountain peaks. It has something for everyone in the family to enjoy. From snow tubing down the mountain, ice-skating, snowshoeing on a scenic trail, to a cozy sleigh ride followed by fireside hot chocolate and s’mores. Keystone is a famous ski resort that host it's own culinary school. Or for the more adventurous, there’s world-class skiing and snowboarding, dog sledding and snowmobiling. Bring your family and enjoy a fun week of ski-CME!
We are sponsoring the SAEM western regional meeting in order to encourage and support participation in research by Emergency Medicine residents and faculty. This meeting will provide opportunities, particularly for young investigators, to present their original research and to participate in sessions designed to teach them essential research skills.
